By using Kwick Picks you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Kwick Picks provides a Last Man Standing football game platform. We allow users to create and join competitions, submit picks, and track results. The service is provided free of charge to players. Competition organisers may collect entry fees from participants — Kwick Picks does not handle or process these payments.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to use Kwick Picks. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. Competitions involving a monetary buy-in may constitute a private lottery — it is the organiser's responsibility to ensure their competition complies with applicable gambling and lottery laws in their jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Competitions and picks
Pick deadlines are enforced automatically by the platform. Late picks are not accepted after the deadline has passed. Fallback picks may be assigned automatically depending on competition rules. Results are determined by real-world football match outcomes and are final once settled.
5. Prize pots
Prize pots are collected and managed by competition organisers, not by Kwick Picks. We are not responsible for the distribution of prize money. Any disputes regarding prize money must be resolved between participants and their organiser.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to harass other users, attempt to manipulate results, create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to remove any content or user that violates these standards.
7. Disclaimer
Kwick Picks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results. Fixture data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed or incorrect. We are not liable for any loss resulting from the use of this service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
